EASTER RABBIT

The Easter Bunny or Easter Rabbit is a character depicted as a rabbit bringing Easter eggs. The Easter Bunny is sometimes depicted with clothes. In legend, the creature carries colored eggs in his basket, candy and sometimes also toys to the homes of children, and as such shows similarities to Santa Claus, as they both bring gifts to children on the night before their respective holiday. It was first mentioned in Georg Franck von Frankenau's De ovis paschalibus (About Easter Eggs) in 1682 referring to an Alsace tradition of an Easter Hare bringing Easter Eggs.

EASTER EGGS
For many years eggs have been used as a symbol of a new birth and abundant life. Currently, in many countries it is customary boiled eggs dyed with different colors and designs, and give them away to family and friends.


EASTER CROSS
Since the Council of Nicaea in 325, the Cross was the official symbol of Christianity. This symbolizes the faith we have to recognize that Jesus died and rose again on it again, saving us from our sins and give us eternal life.

EASTER LILIES
The Easter lilies symbolize the new life we ​​have in Jesus. The lilies we remember events that happened in the life of Jesus and the way of death and resurrection.

EASTER SHEEP
Sheep is also a symbol of Easter as Christians see Jesus as the "Sheep of God" who was sent to be sacrificed for the sins of the world. We also refer to our Lord as "The Good Shepherd" who is constantly watching over us.
